GDG is a specialist geotechnical engineering consultancy, providing innovative design solutions across a broad range of engineering problems.  GDG provides engineering services to both the domestic and international markets including concept design, detailed design, insitu monitoring and general geotechnical advice.Having developed from a strong background in geomechanics and applied geotechnical research, and by bringing together state of the art research and direct industry experience, GDG is in a position to offer a unique engineering service, delivering the most progressive, reliable, and efficient geotechnical designs to address a wide variety of industry challenges.GDG is actively involved in a diverse range of international projects including major civil infrastructure, harbours/marinas, development of offshore oil/gas fields, onshore and offshore windfarms, commercial structures and basement design. GDG clients include large civil and building contractors, project developers and engineering consulting firms.GDG also offer forensic engineering and expert witness services to the insurance and legal sectors.
